I make my last replied to below email and sold my last 500 units and now no more a minority shareholders of HRC.

As part of good corporate governance practice, we hold firm to the separation of ownership and management. All internal investigation reports are the proprietary property of the Company and accordingly we will not respond to your email.

Despite the Company's previous responses to you, and at the AGM, your repeated allegations of malpractice and mismanagement are in our opinion, appear to be with the intent to damage the reputation and integrity of the Company and its Management. This could impede the Company and its Management from carrying out their business in a smooth manner, which could in turn affect the Company’s valuation.

Please be on notice that the Company will not hesitate to take all necessary actions to protect our integrity and the interest of all stakeholders, including all other shareholders at large.

Sslee should represent minority shareholders to sue the management of Hengyuan.
This stock really killing you softly until you die.
No mercy for normal human being, very unscrupulous management.
Once bitten twice shy.
Never ... never ... invest in this stock.

The Major Turnaround has been completed in August 2023.

Next quarter will be another loss making quarter due to no production in July and most of August.

Good, now you are seeing what I saw a few months back. If I am not mistaken, the MTA was delayed for one week. That means another one week of no production. And with two main person leaving the refinery, that would be another set back. Don't think there will be any play for HY this year. Let it sleep for now.

It has been quite sometime here. Staunch supporters no longer around and turned to be pessimistic. This stock has been quite resilient despite all the negative news and weak financial performance. It's time to take some position waiting for the next short term hype if any.

Except for one year, the ROE of HengYuan Refining over the past 5 years is nothing to shout about. Last year was negative ROE Refinery don't seem to benefit from the high oil prices. Now why would you expect the share price to move from a fundamental perspective?
