总长1392公里连接东南亚 中泰2条高铁项目上马

（曼谷30日讯）泰国《曼谷邮报》今天报道，泰国国家和平与秩序委员会已经批准两条连接中国和泰国的高铁项目，总成本约为7414亿泰铢（约739亿令吉）。

这两条高速铁路是从廊开府到马塔府（总长737公里，计划投资3925亿泰铢，线路B），从清孔到帕栖（总长655公里，计划投资3488亿泰铢，线路A），最高时速从原计划的每小时200公里降到每小时160公里。

泰国政府内部人士透露，这两条高铁线路是中国连通东南亚国家计划的一部分，新的高铁线将把中国的南部省份，通过泰国和东南亚国家相连，同时也会帮助中国在东南亚地区发挥更大的经济影响力。

泰国交通部还将研究该双轨铁路项目的成本，希望可以将每公里的工程成本从5至6亿泰铢降低到3.5至4亿泰铢左右。

料2021年竣工

作为泰国基础设施8年计划（2015-2022）中的一部分，这两项高铁线路将于明年开工，计划2021年完成。

YTL group is expect to announce Q4 result very soon. Among the YTL group of company, potential dividend yield are

1. YTL 2.5sen (1.6%)
2. YTL-E solution 2.0sen (3.4%)
3. YTLP, another round of share dividend !? perhaps 1:25?

Not really, if china indeed participate in these mega project, it will likely in the form of group of consortium with local firm partnership. The example of such partnership are Penang second bridge and bakun dam
