（吉隆坡3日讯）成荣集团（MUDAJYA，5085，主板建筑股）在印度的发电厂计划有迅速的进展，加上相信有关发电厂將如期完成，同时预计该公司有望贏取总值28亿令吉的煤炭发电厂的土建工程，分析员重申买进该股。

丰隆投行分析员指出，成荣集团在印度的联营发电厂有令人惊喜的进展，该工程的主要架构，包括烟囱、冷却塔、涡轮大厅、输送水管等已將近完成。因此下一步就是进入复杂的组装程序，包括电源设备组装、控制信令、机械和电气工程，以及发电单位的测试。目前锅炉分开进行调试。

相较实际基础设施工程，上述组装工作可谓挑战较少，因未有涉及发电厂工程设计知识產权。有鑑於此，分析员相信成荣集团將在2013財政年第三季成功进行发电厂测试。

在发电厂成功投入运作后，分析员相信，印度的联营公司价值將被释放。

儘管煤炭库存持续不明朗，但这家新的发电厂，或可吸引官联能源公司，甚至是具有强劲政治背景的业者参与竞標。对此，分析员认为，成荣集团將在印度解决一切挑战后，才会获得持续性的现金流。

分析员相信发，一家发电厂的基本估值是它的重置成本。目前，建筑一个煤炭发电厂的成本为每兆瓦150万美元，因此该印度发电厂的成本相等於21亿6000万美元。在扣除约10亿美元的债务后，以成荣集团持有26%的股权计算，一共价值9亿令吉或每股1.65令吉，相较其目前的股价有68%涨幅。

另外，成荣集团委任黄德福（译音）为该公司首席营运员，黄氏之前在怡保工程（IJM，3336，主板建筑股）服务，在这个行业拥有21年的经验。

分析员认为，这有助该集团董事经理安多约瑟夫专注在业务发展上，而不是日常工作上。

分析员重申成荣集团可成功启动在印度的发电厂，加上该集团有望取得价值28亿令吉的3000兆瓦煤炭发电厂的土建工程，因此，维持该股「买进」评级，合理价格为3.53令吉。
