COVID-19 and the investigations on the 2 directors are just a tip of the iceberg. Digital transformation is moving slowly, F&B segment under "Santa" is not doing well and most likely it would be a failed venture. You see in Mid Valley, the restaurant is empty. And with cancellations of flights to their core routes due to COVID-19 outbreak and and catasprophic events happening in places like Australia, their load factor would be at the record low.
