lol, some still dreaming limit up to 1.20, i would say that current market won't benefit to AA to much due to the virus. Even flight is on, majority people will not going to travel during this half year, unless u believe business man flight can cover the cost. Forecast down trend in coming this half year, if people claimed profit in this few days will cause faster downtrend. Analyze from the P/L view.
*if keep the stock for 2-3 years, then no worry.

行家建议：
我们假设亚航集团（AIRASIA，5099，主板消费股）第三季的本地航空流量，会是次季时的3倍，菲律宾和印尼搭客流量按季激增4.5倍。

然而，我们仍认为第三季流量增长仍显无力，目前估计全年流量和载客率，会分别按年下跌53%与13个百分点。

同时，国际航班禁令的延长，将加剧亚航现金流危机；尽管该集团近期计划私配10%股权筹资，我们假设发行价为每股1令吉，也仅能筹得3.34亿令吉。

虽然政府正考虑为本地航空领域，提供15亿令吉资金，但最理想的还是亚航向股东筹资，但这需要大股东注入一笔巨资。

Volume traded: 324mil.
This is one of the largest volume ever traded this year alone, left alone year Aug 2015, with the largest selling ever takes place with 546mil ( pricing 1.055 dropped till 85.5 c)

To be realistic, we cannot ignore the damaged that AA went thru during the lockdown. Yes, the losses suffered followed by retrenchment and a total shutdown of operation. And Tony himself have to bet gov for bailout plans (eventhough he politely said he need not gov help). Instead, Tony have openly said they needed loans, which estimated a 5bil for AA operations and 1bil for AAX itself.

AA net cash 2.2bil (lease liabilites of 10.15bil) , while AAX sitting on 357mil ( liabilities of 5.45bil)
Frankly, I am MORE AFRAID OF AAX ALONE THAN AA.

To sustain operation, a total of RM6bil is not a small amount to run the red planes. This isn't a small sum. The looming coming losses, may trigger some chain effect to Airasia but how far will the financial challenge ever last????

Technical chart indicated a breakout of EMA50. This followed by a trend reversal from a downtrend of a strong uptrend. RSI 82% which is very good. Buying rate above 50% and bullishcandlestick.


Short term trade of TP 1.30 is achievable. TAYOR!

I strongly believe, Uncle Tony is getting some kind of "help" from AnYongHaSehyo country and it's ongoing. Gov of Msia favor more of the lower income groups especially B40, I guess, so any Tycoons (will be made powerless during C19 and MUST find other alternatives to fend themselves)

the 10% selling stakes should be a temporary cushion for AA. I forsee it's smoothen the bumpy recovery for AA.

yeah before this got few ppl trying to create panic selling here, all of us here knows airline is not doing well la, dont even need the news to keep remind us, but i think ppl buy for future, is still a bluechips anyway, once they start operate again i dont think have chance to buy a this price anymore 80c-1ringgit

Those TP done by researchers useless one lah, Aminvest even targeted 43 sen last few weeks but look at the price now pula, they just want you to sell cheap so they can collect before it going back to pre-covid-19 level 1.60-1.70

Coming weeks gov will cave in and we will see changes to airlines social distancing. Don't all in and chase high.. Invest in stages. (AAX separate story,)
