Not sure if new investors knows this. AirAsia do not own all of their planes, they are sold and leased back to them. The money made selling these planes are given out as dividend for many years.

No flight, no planes and assets, and burning cash like no tomorrow. AirAsia only has the brand name.

With so many new investors coming in without doing their homework. I agree, once MCO ends, this counter will fly but reality will hit sooner or later as they have to report losses after losses.

Don't forget, someone so smart went and hedge the oil price for the company. Rumors, which I dont know true or not is above market price. So, they do not benefit from today's low oil price.

It will fly, but how long?
