No doubt AA's everyone can fly strategy is a gem, no doubt that she will recover when things are back on track. However , with travel restrictions, no gov loans ? stuck with fuel price hedging ? one of the worst qr result Apr-Jun yet to come, I would rather be late than never....

At the trading price of 87 sen, AirAsia is valued at RM2.91 billion.
CGS-CIMB Research’s Raymond Yap is forecasting AirAsia to post a core net loss of RM3.96 billion in FY20, and a RM455 million net loss in FY21. He anticipates the budget airline to return to the black with net profit of RM371 million in FY22.
According to him, AirAsia has restructured 70% of its fuel hedges (originally 72% of 2Q-4Q20F and 20% of FY21F budgeted consumption at Brent price of US$60/bbl) by agreeing to settle some over six months and pushing some to FY21F in order to ease cash flow.

AA is a safe investment but must have holding power. Government wont let AA to fall, they r the main driver for tourism in malaysia esp from china. Not only domestically but in the region as well. I repeat, in the REGION. South east asia need airasia to fly around....Currently fundraising activity hopefully will bring some money into the business. They still have that cash balance to sustain for a few months and by that time baccine will be found.

QR release yesterday but today only drop 0.3 cents. Not even 5% drop. That means all tte ciircumstamces has already been priced in. Morning session KLCI red so drop a bit more to 0.855. Nothing to worry. Just bought some more at 0.86 coz i believe AA will fly again soon.
