Haha bplant mother Boustead after send 3 Director to bplant BOD ..changed of CEO on July 2021, ex TDM ceo , TDM had revised its FY18 on FY19 which see FY18 n FY19 in huge Loss after rectified the financial accounting gimmicks ..now to sell plantation asset to borrow to HQ ??

Boustead had sold Hotel ， Cruise port ( bought by MMC n Westport ) after LTAT is cancelled its plan to privatise it after drag by more than a year ...

not to mentioned boustead other debt ... just on the MOD paid 6 billion out of 9 billion for the 5 Navy ship .. none of the Navy ship is delivered after delay of 3 years .

Big play on BigPay by SK Group, the second largest conglomerate in Korea with a market capitalization of $177bn.

Stanley Choi is the chairman of Hong Kong-listed International Entertainment Corp. Please do yourself a favour and check the share price performance.

Indirect (%) 8.96% AA shares?

If he do then why he did not file his: Notice of Interest of Substantial Shareholders Redeemable Convertible Unsecured Islamic Debt Securities ("RCUIDS") together with Free Detachable Warrants?

Or he did not subscribe for his entitlement RI?

When you shared his background here, don't you ever come across your mind a person like Stanley Choi with such background, he or his team did not do a proper due diligence and not knowing PN17 issues and simply decided to dumb in his money? I guess everyone can see that you are shooting your to own foot trying to potray Stanley is a successful businessman but the fact is he decided to invest in AA that facing PN17 or bankruptcy.

Please do yourself a favour too, think logical and have some sense of humor, life is too short.
