In Business you need to have the element of time in your investment horizon. Mabel remember we had the same problem in our Bumi Armada with not so good balance sheet. I remember at that time Sifu Mickey was policing Bumi Armada highlighting their balance sheet weakness just like our handsome sslee is doing today. KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 27): The Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom) has revised upwards its forecast for passenger traffic to 84.5 million to 86.5 million passengers for 2023, surpassing earlier projections.

In its 14th edition Industry Report "Waypoint" released on Wednesday, the commission also anticipates total passengers for 2024 to exceed 93.9 million.

Mavcom said Malaysia's aviation sector had experienced robust growth in passenger traffic post-Covid-19 pandemic, reaching 69.9 million in the first 10 months of 2023, and the impressive growth led it to revise its 2023 forecast.

The commission earlier projected air passenger traffic to rise between 40% and 52% year-on-year (y-o-y) in 2023 to reach between 74.6 million and 80.8 million passengers.

Just 3 more trading days left in the year. The Santa Claus rally continues in US. And technically, it extends to the first 2 trading days of the new year.

But even when the Santa Claus rally officially ends, there's plenty of reason to expect the bull market to keep going in 2024.

With inflation on the decline, interest rates expected to head lower, and the outlook for corporate earnings on an upward trend of improvement, it looks like it could be shaping up to be another impressive year.

Add in that stocks typically do well in Presidential election years (while the 4-year Presidential Cycle shows that year 3 (2023), is the best year for stocks, year 4 (that's 2024), is the second-best year), and the odds for another great year just keep getting better and better.

CapA do not know how to make money from flying people.
CapA used to make money from bulk discount from airbus. Charging JV high planes leasing and selling and buying planes for profit.

Now facing with high lease and interest payment Stony is totally lost on how to turn in a profit.

Many people been forwarding to me. Thank you Saify . Thanks for bringing up Pn 17. Really it’s time Bursa Malaysia changes this and especially the thinking of rhe regulators . PN 17 is from the dark ages and not relevant in this post Covid world and mindsets need to change in the regulatory area. Capital A will come out soon from PN 17 but boy it could have been much easier and less costly. The higher levels of Bursa Chairman and CEO are great and commercial but others …. Not sure they ever run a company or paid salaries. Malaysia needs new level of thinking to develop this great nation . 2024 going to be awesome. M and A for the airline business and some great listings for the Cap A other business.

The work force of the airline group AirAsia increased to about 16.15 thousand employees in 2022, from around 14.78 thousand in the previous year. He created work oppurtunity for People.
He also made travel possible for ALL everyone flying AA except sslee , his gang i3looker and mr.loser88. on Top of that, he has 200 planes running on and out of the ground. KUDOS to him. PN 17 out of the way soon !!
