Every company has their own LCC but which is the best ? MADE IN MALAYSIA . One of the biggest LCC in the world ,probably top 3 and airbus biggest LCC client?
Also sslee forgot his text book , AA has indonesia , phlippines , thailand and now cambodia on TOP of operating in China , Japan , taiwan and India
THis is one reason for it get into NASDAQ it is an international MNC
mayb ss lee and gang can visit the lions in africa as AA will be the first to fly to Africa , i like to Move it Move it

sslee likes to look at Financials.

I only look at business model.

The most successful LCC in the world today is Ryanair.
So much so that all global airlines from 1 plane onwards started to emulate and copy Ryanair.
By today, the global airline business model standardisation is almost complete with 99.99% of world airlines using a Ryanair Yield Control Curve modified and customised to own peculiar needs.
When Malaysia Airlines copied exactly Ryanair Yield Control Curve, massive profits started to flow in.

However Air Asia decided to do exactly opposite to everything Ryanair does.
In practice, if Ryanair eats with mouth, Air Asia will sheeeet with mouth, thats opposite, right?

If you study carefully the financials of Air Asia, you maybe able to pinpoint the exact year, the Wotai Traitor transitioned to a Reverse Ryanair Yield Control Curve and does exactly opposite to Ryanair.

Ryanair Yield Control Curve => Massive Profits (Malaysia Airlines and 99.99% of all airlines)

Reverse Ryanair Yield Control Curve => Massive Losses (Air Asia current Business Model)

As a result of this transition to a Reverse Ryanair Yield Control Curve, Air Asia had never ever made any profits moving people at all.
All profits made were purely magic profits from sales of planes.
When the magic sales stopped, profits stopped.
Today Air Asia is still controlled by the Wotai Traitor who uses a Reverse Ryanair Yield Control Curve triggering massive losses.

Lucky You !!!!! 😁🤣

As for you can you different whether my figure and fact is from Capital A financial reports available on Bursa website or not?

SSLee, can you be more rational. If you don't have a different set of financial reports, why should you post those figures copied from the original financial reports? Are you assuming you are the only person know how to read financial reports?

This End of the Cock is very destructive to shareholder value.
End of the Cock orders shareholders to look at accounts, after looking at accounts, all starting selling.

Thanks to End of the Cock => Capital A is deep Red today.

Posted by Balian de Ibelin > 2024-07-02 15:45 | Report Abuse

This End of the Cock loves to highlight that BURSA has a set of Capital A accounts showing how Bankrupt Capital A is.

Kisah Benar many buyers of CapA shares have no idea BURSA has CapA accounts.

Maybe a possible reason is this End of the Cock obviously has a case of dendam against CapA or very jealous of Stony indeed.

Its a mind boggling insane action of End of the Cock to repeatedly force shareholders of CapA to go to BURSA website to see how bankrupt CapA is.

A normal person without jealousy of CapA and Stony will just keep quiet. 🤣

Posted by Balian de Ibelin > 2024-07-02 16:42 | Report Abuse

Nothing is what it seems.
Only when time to show hand (or force show CapA bankrupt accounts at BURSA website) then only you know who the Traitor is.

I always say.... if you have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all.... words like konartist, dumbass, laughing to bank (whop would laugh all the way to bank unless you are nuts LOL) .... these are all words of insecure ppl if you ask me.... why cant we respect each others opinion and if need to debate do it professionally.... anyway thats the purpose of this forum right?? haha @Mikecyc .... calvin is also my godo fighting buddy :-) but professionally.... no name calling etc, but when I think he is not right, I call out professionally, and he treats me professionally as well.... no harm done even tho we have differing views ... thats how it shd be ..... theer are no lies, bust differing views from different standpoint and time. If I say TopGlove is a good buy..... well it will all depend when im saying it isnt it? If it was in 2020 its good.... but if it was in 2022.... is it good?? Therefore its all perspective..... all decisions made to invest is yours and yours only..... all opinions must be respected and no such thing as lies or anything...... unless calvin says the sky is yellow...... but never know sometimes its yellow :-) cheers

Mr.Market is watching can CapA exit PN17(Already postpone submitting PN17 regularisation plan to BursaSC for many times)?

My doubt on the proposed capA dispose AAAGL and AAB to AAX remain as below:

Referring recent announcement of divestment of The Group aviation to AAX
https://theedgemalaysia.com/node/709489
The divestment of AirAsia Aviation Group Ltd (AAAGL) is expected to give rise to a pro forma gain of RM4.69 billion to Capital A, while the disposal of AirAsia Bhd (AAB) would result in a gain of RM6.07 billion

I’m afraid the deal is a zero sum game. What The Group gains is AAX losses: AAX after the acquisition of AAAGL and AAB the total borrowing and lease liabilities is RM 23,271,794,000 gearing 23.96 times.

Question 32: External Auditor what is the likelihood that AAX/New Aviation Group default on payment on current liabilities: Lease liabilities, borrowing, aircraft maintenance, trade and other payables, etc?

Question 33: Company Secretary If a default happens; will the BOD of both CapitalA and AAX end up in jail for offences of Wrongful/Fraudulent trading under Company Act 2016 section 540 and Section 539?
