Haha despite Bursa down by 4% today, happy to see another PN17 Capital A is making big progress. Capital A today climbs 2.34% today beating is brother AAX (1.33%) and Sister Singapore Airlines (0.44%). Nice to see Capital A made it on the Top 500 South East Asia Companies joining his sister Singapore Airlines down under…

Another and last PN17 extension to July, submission plan in June.
Approval from bursa & SC and EGM in August. High court approval in Sep.
Formal corporate exercise in 4Q2024.

How will he deal with a net current liabilities of RM (12,923,931,000) as at 31/03/2024?
Is disposal of capA aviation solved the net current liabilities problem?
How will AAX deal with it, if AAX take over capA aviation?
What will the the likelihood AAX default on the current liabilities?
What will happen to the BOD of AAX and capA if AAX default on the current liabilities?
