PE too high for property company with current local and global sentiment...sales are dropping YOY for UEMS and SPsetia. Oversupply of properties in Iskandar will affect buyers appetite psychologically if not directly. Collect at lower price.

aiyo, please lah read news. Ah Jib now anywhere can raise money one, financial institute he will go and touch, he also planning to touch EPF. That's why suddenly propose 60 yrs only can withdraw? If no ppl whistle blower ah 1MDB quite quite sell those asset, then left those apple rosak bad debt and declare bankrupt. He miscalculate malaysia ringgit value depreciate (probably the loan in USD, oly interest only cannot cover) and income drop due to oil price. Or else 1MDB won't have cash flow issue. Everybody watching on 1MDB, then he cannot let this spoil his politic career. That's why, 1MDB story now really dramatic liao, and let see how Ah Jib handle. Khazanah, LTH, PNB become his ATM only...

panic throw like oil counter last time when oil price drop, but sooner all rebound. UEMS not just depending on service apartment, they already swift their direction and diversify just not to have the dog fight with those chinese developers at danga bay. see the sell volume all volume small small, one article can make them scare like this?
