Bonus issue is like
1. Take away your RM10
2. Give you 2 RM5.

And for some reason people is happy. Even a 5 year old will tell you it is the same.

HSIF88 @SecretOne Huh??? The warrant are issued by IB (in this case CIMB) and they can issue as many as they want. What's wrong with that?

A called warrant is just an option. Does it matter how many being issue?

I think yes. IB will just dispose off the warrant at lower premium and thus the price will not go up as high as previously. As mentioned by @LaoTzeAhSir, the premium was 16% previously but now around 11-12% only..

Reentered Harta and Supermax this morning. Thinking of slowly collecting during correction but sprinted ahead so fast. Luckily sold before correction and reentered just on time to ride up

Is glove stock overvalued? Here is what we know
1. Demand is very high for the next 12 months -minimal
2. Vaccine is not available anytime soon. New strain makes the current vaccine being tested obsolete before even ready.
3. Vaccine need 12-24 months trial to know it's long term side effect. What good is a vaccine to solve COVID-19 if it's long term side effect is increase chance of other serious disease?
4. Even after vaccine is tested/proven, need time to produce and injected to everyone. Another 12-24 months period
5. How much will the vaccine cost? If it is gonna cost US$1000 (or more) how many % of world population can afford

Dont buy because it cheap. Buy the reasonable value but not those overvalue

_phoenix_ I believe harta is a very strong company. Maybe there are looking far ahead and their stratergy of marketing differs with the rest. I hope they can do better soon

If chase till too high, people will come to harta as well. Eg, topglove after split around RM9. Chase till RM12/13. Meaning equals to current RM36 to RM39. At that time harta still RM18 meh?

Based on today's closing price, I think Harta is THE ONLY glove counter yet to hit any TP given by research analyst in Aug.

So either ALL research analysts are bad at their work OR Harta still have a lot of room to move up.

We will know in a few weeks/months time.

Looking at the interest of the retail investors who mainly day trade expect volatility in share prices. (Gloves are one of the sectors they are in.) Retailers are happier with stocks that move fast and have lower P/E. Some glove counters posted good returns today.

Shark profit taking for the past few day. Vaccine news is a bonus for the institution to fasten the profit taking.

Right time and right place. With vaccine news actually glove will uptrend because good qr result. no sector can fight the profit glove making.

Once Kossan result out they will be another rally because Malaysia economic gdp depend on glove rally if not our economy will crumble.

We already in 1997 crisis gdp only glove sector that buffer klci from crash. That the reason bursa halt time when topglove price drop because to protect institution money.

Now they just profit taking because they want to rally again glove sector to prevent klci crash.
