Tomorrow better take profit then wait until afternoon for the Malaysia GDP report news out.

If result negative will add more oil to the current Russian vaccine news and glove price will be reducing.

German currently in the radar to announce about their vaccine. There was already leaked document circulating about German vaccine is ready on September.

Be cautious of this because if the vaccine news out again in short time we will see price will drop to the lowest.

GDP is already expected to be bad so nothing unexpected there. This is a well-known fact.

GDP for Sg, UK, US, etc all reported crazy low numbers but all were expected. Msia will be the same.

Most selling/profit-taking have been going on since last Friday. The market doesn't wait for news to take action, it reacts ahead of time. Once the GDP numbers are out, the market will buy...any weakness is a buying opportunity.

Fundamentals : At current Harta earning, it will take 100 years to recoup investment. Price simple is way ahead of fundamentals due to retail investors chasing up blindly.

Sentiment : We can see retail investors moving on to healthcare stocks. News of 3rd phase clinical trails will come out soon, especially from Sinopharm, Sinovac, Moderna, Pfizer and Oxford. The vaccines may not be available till 2021 but the news is enough to pop the glove bubble mania.

Fundamentally and sentiment don't favour glove now. Protect your gains before the bubble pops

Analysts don't put the money where their mouths are!
To issue a target price that is so wide is not of any value. Generally, there will be stock piling of Gloves. More pandemics are likely in the future. No one would want to be caught unprepared.
Just buy and hold of good companies that had always been making profits meaning the top 1 to 4. Prefer the top 1 and 2. If you invest RM1.0 million what is a there is a swing of 30 pct in value? Nothing significannt if you don't need the money anytime soon. Be long - with a contraction in GDP and economics activities not many companies can churn profits like the Gloves sector. Those who invested in this sector over the last 5 years are multi millionaires. Stay in for 5 years if you want the same results.
