YTLP should not proceed to bid anymore 4A or 4B, instead should pursue to extend its exiting concession or selloff to TNB or 1MDB to totally pull out from Msia IPP

Even if YTLP secure 3B project, its maiden earning only able to kick in after 2018....YTLP-WB already expire in 2018, thus no benefit for wb holder at all. Instead, it will be better for wb if YTLP can continue sbb, then either cancellation of share dividend, further slash down conversion price.

Remember today s 28 of Feb, in which YTLP entitle to cancel part of its treasury stock, the 6 month period from its first cancellation in 28 Aug 2013....YTLP could opt to both cancel + share dividend to further trim down its treasury stock if it able to secure bursa waive from triggering take over code.

If YTLP cannot grant extension for its going expire IPP next sept 2015, it should better opt to selloff and pull out from Msia power sector and perhaps could rename from YTLP to YTL utilities or YTL infra to better reflect its diversify business model namely broadband (Msia)+ water (UK) + Power (Sing)....

Just make sure there is no odd lot for YTLP share dividend 1:20...as any resulted odd will disregard. Just ensure if buy, have enough volume to grab all your entitlement.
