Malaysia has so many civil engineering company to do the earth work.
Land preparation may take 2 weeks, 2 more weeks for drainage, broadband fibre optic, electric cable, water piping etc. After one month, your maincon can start work already.

Crescendo still got 75 acres for DC development. Good paymaster can have better deal just like Microsoft, getting extra 23 acres at the same price. i.e. 120 ringgit per sq foot.

I am holding Plenitude share below rm 1.00
Will hold it at least until RTS is ready. If LRT really take place and has a station at Tebrau City, then will hold the share until that LRT become operational.

One of the three LRTs radiate out from JB Sentral (RTS terminal) will proceed all the way to Impian Hills, has a station at Tebrau City. Both Tebrau City and Impian Hills are developed by Plenitude.

So what should be the impact on Plenitude share price?

The Group plans to launch 1,200 units of serviced apartments which are located within the vicinity of the RTS terminal at Bukit Chagar with a total GDV of approximately RM1 billion in second half of FY2025.

Taking 30% gross pretax profit, that is rm 300 million. So cost of development inclusive of land is rm 700 million. Land cost is about 10% of capital outlay is very very low. Normally for highrise, it should be 15 to 20% of the development cost.

This in line with the tech giant's latest strategy of prioritising artificial intelligence (AI) to ensure that essential computing resources are within the reach of its customers.

Paramount is doing the ground preparation before taking off.

Q1 FY24 ending 31 Mac expected to earn 6 sen a share premised on unbilled sales 1.4 billion, to be announced by the end of May.

We are expecting Paramount to declare at least 3.5 sen Final Dividend FY 23 by the end of this month (April).

As such, Paramount share price would move up gradually towards the end of the month.

Data center is capital intensive, need high skill and big R&D budget to innovate with latest technology. And the big player can just throw price to attract new clients to their data center.

Ytlpower is no match to those big tech companies that own and run the data center.

Don't get it wrong, YTL Power is not in competition with the cloud computing giants like AWS or Alibaba cloud. Its AI data centre venture in Kulai is a facility to be leased out to these cloud computing giants, capitalising on YTL's core construction expertise, abundant land, adequate water supply and solar power.

Another YTL Power's strength is that it is the only company in the region that has access to the latest Nvidia Blackwell B200 GPUs, so those cloud computing companies like Microsoft and AWS will lease out the AI data centre space at YTLP's Kulai park in order to use the powerful Blackwell B200 GPUs for their cloud computing business.

YTL Johor Data Center park is the first and largest renewable energy integrated data center park in Malaysia.
With 275 acres of land earmarked for data centers, the park provides scalability to discerning data center players. The site is zoned for industry, and has access to national grid power and water resources, both critical for the data center operations.

The park will have dark fibre connectivity to Singapore positioning it as a major alternative data center hub for the South-East Asia region. The dark fibre connectivity will provide low latency network connections to data centers in Nusajaya, KIDEX and Singapore.

The park is adjacent to approximately 1,500 acres of land that will be used to plant up solar farms. The first data center within the park (‘JDC1’) is expected to ready by Q1 2024 and it will be powered by renewable energy.
