Eastwestwalker think… lets say u are an investor. And the Boss try to give hopes on NASDAQ when no requirement fulfilled at the moment. And the share prices dropped 80%. Suddenly u see the Boss talking nonsense Again about NASDAQ etc … what would u do. This is after loosing 80%. U may keep quiet. Or u may get angry because u lost life long savings. Now u need to fulfill all the monthly commitments. U can even borrow. The best thing u might do is go to jail. To go to jail, u might beat up the Boss. Cane him in the butt. Why? It would create precedence. No CEO would ever do this anymore!!! They will b scared of the Public.

You guys make fun of Line, but is he wrong with whatever he said though? You guys are defending this counter whose executive director is shady as heck and doesn't give a damn about the investors. Try asking questions through their website and good luck trying to get a response from them lol. For the record I tried contacting them last year and I couldn't reach them, that's when I began to doubt the company.
