Once LSS5 results are finalised most probably by July or August and Mkland selected as the Solar producer, it will be the biggest game changer for MK as this project is huge as MK will surely grab a large portion due to its 100% Bumiputera Owned company...It is a stepping stone for Mkland to be Solar powerhouse for any future Govt Solar transition projects...I believe Mkland is the most favoured Bumiputera company to secure Solar projects from the Government in the future...this company should worth more than 0.50 soon as major catalysts are coming to Mkland

Now buying Paramount at 115 sen is because it is having good prospect to make a lot of money within next six months. Of course I also bought quite substantial amount at around 70 sen and still keeping at after receiving so much dividend. Right now Paramount is the safest bet (better buy) among all property counters.
Well said ks55 and newbie9893...Glomac already risen high recently...Mkland is the last listed Bumiputera owned developer that is still a laggard amidst continuous property recovery...I m totally optimistic of Northern Perak since it borders Kedah and Penang as that is where all the major industrial zones situated that could create a spillover effects to Lembah Beriah in times to come when more new industrial parks are proposed in Northern Perak... Definitely Mkland's 4000 acres value of land there will see significant increase in the future...Once KIGIP is set up in Kerian soon, it will surely attract foreign and local investors to Kerian district to set up factories there as the land is cheaper compare to Penang...Mkland is deeply undervalued due to the massive landbank they are sitting on in Northern Perak...

Dasan...I m glad to hear tat Sime Darby Plantation is turning Tali Ayer Estate into Green industrial park soon...this is a great testament that more and more Developers are coming to set up industrial zone development in Northern Perak...I believe Mkland has set up plans to develop green industrial properties accordingly to their previous announcement unofficially...Can Mkland make a comeback??? Kini tahun 2024 tetapi nemesis hanya percaya ada perancangan untuk memajukan green properties seperti mana yg Di umumkan secara tidak rasmi!! Kenape mkland tidak buat pengumuman ini secara rasmi.? Dasan...as a wise investor we should acquire stocks when a News development is still vague and Skeptical to the naked eyes...that is when U can buy at huge discount and deflated price...If announcement is made and things made known, do U think U still able to pick up MK at 0.215??? Others will also react to the good news hence U need to fork out more money to buy a stock cos it is inflated....
Stock Market is all about conviction that it will rise upP based on facts which the future is unclear...I wanna buy stocks when the future is unclear n pessimistic, not when it is euphoric...Just like UEMS, concrete news is everywhere about its future good prospect, Do U think U can get it at 0.26 like last time???
