It has solid land assets
Tsh can do a revaluation to show its price appreciation since lands in ikn nusantara are going up

If its specially mentioned then its something interesting.

Good morning

Year 2024 February Tsh starts with a nice 2.5 sen dividend even though it made less than 2 sen

This shows the financial position is strong and coming soon another Rm273 millions from 3rd payment of Bulugan Land sold (total Rm731.09 millions) will come in anytime till 4th July 2024

That will be 18 sen cash more or less. If Management decides to follow Inno's example in giving more dividends/special dividends then Tsh should follow the same trajectory like Inno to go higher in its performance

Over and above all Tsh's "gold mine 🪙" lands of 94,700 acres very very near Ikn Nusantara Admin Center (see and study latest Ikn nusantara map diligently; Tsh lands are nearer to Ikn Nusantara very heart compared to MkhOp lands) is appreciating daily in a land boom time like never before in the history of Indonesia

The land boom of Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shenzhen, Putrajaya and Iskandar have now come to Ikn Nusantara

And we participate in this boom time in Ikn Nusantara by owning Tsh shares

TSH is the poorest performing of the 10 pebbles, not even touching 66% of its April 2022 high of RM1.80 plus. (Even JTiasa has gone beyond its 2022 high and poised to go higher.) I find this fact much more gruesome than its lackluster 2023 results. This warrants a re-examination of why one should even hold TSH in a plantation portfolio.

Offer for TSH from RM1.80 to 1.08, April 2022 to February 2024, but certainly no where near the Nestle beating 150.00!! Current price is likely to be embarrassed by Nestle's usually generous 4Q dividend which was Rm1.22 in FY2023. That truly will be a grisly fact.

Only 2.5 sen a share, so stingy. Dividend yield less than 2.5. CSC Steel trades at RM1.31 and would be paying 9.4 sen a share, translating into a yield of over 7.1%.

Once in Management could decide to give a special dividend

Last round bplant after selling kulai young lands to Ytl power gave out a 7.3 sen dividend and the people chased Bplant to Rm1.09

Same goes for Tsh

People are sight orientated

When they see they will buy

A prudent person foresees ahead of time

TSH sold land in 2022 for 731m. There was widepsread news propaganda that this sale will make TSH DEBT FREE when the cash comes in. After almost 2 years of sale only half of 730m was received. And about 300m still no where to be seen. Meanwhile the propaganda of DEBT FREE still an illusion as short debt still stand at 300m + as at today QTR report. What has happened? Where is the balance money from the sales gone to ?

Plantation stocks retreat as weak earnings stoke concerns

On Thursday (Feb 22), Sime Darby Plantation reported that its net profit had tumbled more than 64% to RM200 million for the three months ended Dec 31, 2023 (4QFY2023) from RM562 million a year before, weighed by lower average realised prices.

KLK’s net profit dropped 49% year-on-year to RM226.94 million in 1QFY2024, compared to RM443.04 million a year ago. Quarterly revenue contracted 16% to RM5.64 billion from RM6.71 billion.

Both Sime Darby Plantation and KLK expect palm oil prices to stay around current levels this year.

Another coincidence is 2 Tan is resigned from BOD within a short period… also as not substantial shareholder…. 




1) Boss bought 25 million share .. Top 3 Tunas with 4.92 % is Sold Over 50 million share as at March 2022 … Balance ard 16 million share .. still Selling ke ?? No need to Report,no body know !!! Top 4 Embun Yakin with 4.88 % is started Selling ke ??? And the 4 with surname Tan whom hold Less than 5 % , Total ard 14 % … Got action ke ??? 

Update : Embun Yakin is no more in Top 30.

Actual : is bought 24.5 million share from 1/4/2022 to 4/8/2022 ( 4 month PLUS 4 day ) … only 500,000 share is bought on March 2022..
