Now if Tsh just up a mere 200% he will be the next Billionaire Palm oil investor like Robert Kuok

And he may we'll be by now in Real Asset Value already due to Real time land price appreciation in Bongan of Kutai West
Already a reality in latent value yet to be manifested
But we know it as a certainty as Value Investor

3. Eastspring Funds has appeared in Top 30 holders of Tsh

4. Public Bank has 3 Public Mutual Funds now holding a combined total qualifying it in Top 8 position of Top 30 holders in Tsh

5. Plus since Tsh did a Dual listing in Singapore many new Funds appeared in Top 30 of Tsh and among them is Singapore Largest Bank called Dbs Bank with 38 million Tsh shares at Top 10 Position

1. Said Chairman is bought 25 million share within 5 months , each month is 5 million ..


Actual : is bought 24.5 million share from 1/4/2022 to 4/8/2022 ( 4 month PLUS 4 day ) … only 500,000 share is bought on March 2022 ( Peak Range ) .

PublicInvest ceases coverage on TSH Resource due to slow growth, sluggish FFB yield

KUALA LUMPUR: Public Investment Bank (PublicInvest) is ceasing its coverage of TSH Resources Bhd due to the company's limited growth prospects and sluggish fresh-fruit bunches (FFB) yield.

The firm said it is reallocating its internal sources to other sectors.

Investors should no longer depend on any of our financial forecasts for TSH Resources in making investment decisions, nor infer any adverse opinion as a result of our decision to cease research coverage," said PublicInvest.

In a research note today, PublicInvest said FFB production growth is anticipated to be subdued this year due to the sale of plantation assets in Indonesia and Sabah (13,214 hectares) over the past two years.

Additionally, the average age of the plantations is increasing (currently 13.4 years old), and FFB yield remains low due to insufficient replanting activities in recent years," PublicInvest said.

Additionally, TSH Resources encountered significant crude palm oil (CPO) taxes when exporting its CPO products due to the current unfavourable CPO export tax policy in Indonesia.

"During the first quarter (1Q), it incurred a lower Indonesian export levy of RM20.3 million compared to the first quarter of financial year 2023 (1QFY23) of RM26 million," it noted.

The company has assigned a 'Neutral' rating to TSH Resources with a target price of RM1.02 for its final call.

Stop being a clown, Calvin. Public Research and Public Mutual, while part of the Public Bank group, are managed separately and make their own decisions regarding investments or recommendations. There is always an internal firewall around an independent Research in all IBs as part of their operating MO. And its not only Public Research, most IB research houses are just not into TSH because future earnings growth from its plantation is not visible. They don't go gaga about TSH's future land bonanza in Nusantara because that future value cannot be unlocked until the land is sold. At the moment, there is no recurrent income from such unplanted land.

If received it will report 16 sen profit

For 13,338 acres at Rm221 mil is about 38 sen psf

And if not sold and then land revalued to Rm25 psf as it is now in industrial zone

At 13,338 acres revalued to Rm25 psf it will be Rm14.5 Billions or translates to Rm10.50 cash per share

Quene buy 1 lot to bring the price higher. Repeat again and again.
Promoter been shouting buy call since hired by the shooter. Been shouting all the way from ATH till date from the past two years.
I believe, as long as he dint give up, and go through the up and down cycle, one day , the share will have some chance in 10-20 years.
