@tewnama, as you know, Uncle will never aim at a gain of 2 cents or 3 cents for stocks he selected. The TP of 4 is from me, taking into consideration its projected earning of RM0.45 per share for FY2016.

actually, alot of people mention about the RM1.3B order book, the infrastructure business at indonesia, the capital21 project...
but let us not forget Gadang has a JV developing the Knowledge workers village at cyberjaya

for the seminyih land, given that Gadang is a construction company, their profit margin for the property business can be quite high....since they do not need to share a piece of that pie with other contractors.

Hello para pelabur otai (seasoned investors),

The followings are the dates for Gadang. Do mark them into your diary.

23/04/2015: EGM for seeking shareholders' approval for the purchase of Semenyih land.

23/04/2015: The 3rd quarterly result to be announced on the same day.

24/04/2015: The earnings to be digested/measured against the projections made earlier, and do expect release of Analyst Report by JF Apex on the 24/4/2015.

21/05/2015: 11MP to be officially announced in Parliament. This may add some spices into construction stocks.

If everything is nicely panned out, this Gadang will turn into Kandang Duit.
