The action on the price of Armada is very encouraging today. But I still keep my stake in it until:
1. Armada Sterling V produces first oil.
2. QE improve as profits from 1 will replace costs.
3. New project is anounced.
The above should cause rating upgrades and upswing to fair value. Then I cash in.

Just to share my thought process:

In the absence of any new developments, I will consider start to consider selling at RM0.80 level, strongly consider at RM0.90 level, and definitely cash in at RM0.95 level.

As and when further developments come to light, I'll adjust my price target view accordingly.

With the bad market we experience this week, it is really fortunate that Armada did not achieve first oil or new contract under the circumstances. Good news would go to waste.
It is not just about the success, the timing of it is important too.
Let's wait a few days for dark clouds to disperse. Monday is another week.

Matters to be considered at the emergency meeting will be: "Review and determination by the Board of Governors of the advance and discount rates to be charged by the Federal Reserve Banks."

It is likely that the sudden collapse and FDIC seizure of SVB Financial Group (SIVB) on Friday is driving the expedited Fed meeting.



SVB was the largest bank failure since the 2008 financial crisis. Its collapse has sent shockwaves throughout the banking system. The status of billions of dollars of uninsured deposits is unknown heading into Monday.

I sold 70c with minor lose.
I avoid losing bigger loses now at 66c.
I am happy of not losing big money coming week.
