dont be dissapointed. share market never have mercy. if u think in near term, it is going to down further, just sell. as my case previously on october, the last trade i have with sunway, i sold off at 2.93 with some loss. once off, i divert all cash into Coastal and i even made more.

last week, i came back again at 2.82 and hold till now and will also caut loss if the sentiment iss no good again. the recent i return is, i thought the PE of 8.0 is low enough, but after comparing with Trop, i think it can go even lower.

so, the philosophy in trading is, always have a CUT LOSS TARGET. U LOSE HERE, U MIGHT EARN BACK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Holding Sunreit is better than Sunway in term of dividend yield. Price of Sunway is on downturn.

I believe there is something we do not know, although cimb reported on 12 nov that sunway geo is doing well with 200 lots sold.

I don't think so, as the P/E ratio still among the lowest for the property stock. Although profit is dropped, but overall of the EPS still among the best. Data shown that it is undervalue. Do not expect that it will shot up very soon during the property market is getting weak. Just for sharing. Happy investing.

no, should priced in. big drop impossible. But may drop few cents. Sunway is ok for long term. pe and nta, still the best. diverse business into construction and others. dont expect any recent upside. I rate as hold, and buy in different level if drop below 2.5.

say anything good also useless. First, now is the downtrend for property sector. Second, this stock currently is not in fry mode. So, no need talk TA or FA here if you are trader. What we talk now is just for long term only. This is why, i rate as hold.

last year give 11c dividend. 0.11 / 2.66 * 100 = 4.13% dividend yield + NTA = 2.7 + < PE 8 + ..... Where to find this kind of good stock? buy when it weak!
