@4u2u : the dividend is 2 parts coz stapled reit. Reit dividend is 0.0319 sen. Property dividend is 0.0426 sen, so total is 0.0745 sen.

For 1 lot (100 shares) you can get RM7.45 per lot
1000 shares = RM74.50 in dividends from KLCC REIT (SS)

Hi, I just wrote a report on KLCC stapled earlier today. Basically a high quality property portfolio with pricing power and ability to raise rental rates. Very limited risk of facing high vacancy rates and trading at a pretty reasonable valuation as well.
