If dbkl's quit rent rate is not as high as proposed, this will increase well above 6. There is also a chance that they just cut costs which is what everyone is pushing them to do. Regardless, this stock is just about oversold and should be springing back soon to a happy medium.

If every quarter giving more than 8 cents dividend and income, it's better than Maxis which at rm7 can only give 8 cents only every quarter. So this KLCC counter looks really undervalue.

Because people are cashing out profit to buy other stocks. Normal to REITs when KLCI floated up, and vice versa.
