For me at present price, the more the share price is down the counter become more attactive if thefundanental is still solid. A reputation of one property is need time to build. of course some property can fly high just because just some veterent join in but result of the existing company yet to be tested. i still not believe if one company will perform fast just by recruited some experts. else many country will be develop already. risk is still there or at least need some time. will all the investor are patient and willing to wait for few years?
i m one of the construction team for IOI City Mall. So far the project is on track and set to open in this year 2014 as mentioned! Tenant booking also almost full. The fundamental is also solid and efficient for the project to run in a fast pace. The project built up is approx similar size to KLIA 2. but the working pace is three times the speed to completion.
As IOIPG touch my expected worse case at RM2.65, i had reviewed my investment which started accumulated from RM2.75 on 23rd Apr'14. At present, incurred about 3% lost and during this period all the main shareholders are acquired the share even EFP (althrough sell/buy in the market; refer to below) Status Of EFP Holding: 22 jan. 9.21% 13 Feb 9.41% 12. Mar. 9.42% 27 mar 9.41% 8. Apr. 9.38% 25 apr. 9.48% 14 May 9.57% I will still accumulate more when the price is down further. The return will much better than FD++ for the period of 2~3 years. Coming result is good and give out dividend ; then the whole screnario will be positive.
Investeye, the worst case scenario will be below RM2.58. That will begin to go below the IPO price and that is normally not a good sign. In short terms in makes no difference whether it go below or not except for decision on whether to plunge more dough in to lower our cost and test our long term holding strength.
Hong Leong target price of 3.85 is based on PE of Financial Year 2015 (30/6/2015) instead of Financial year 2014. That is why we need patient and invest for long term. I will accumulate more when my money come in.
With price of rm2.60, so far incurred 4.x% paper loss. This situation is still much better than previous investment in ijmland (about 10 mths ago). So, will continue to accumulate ioipg to average the price.
