I think bonus issue needs to call for EGM. It will likely be same EGM seeking shareholders approval to buy Dutaland plantation.

jayteng, if you are experience investor you buy before ex-date...if you newbie you buy after ex-date due to price....at this point most stock trader will sold near the peak price after they bought at lower price....the cycle will be keep continuing as long the company make profit.....one example is VS, liihen etc.....for bplant a bit slow because the major player is LTAT....every stock got patterns

Jangan setakat buka mata sahaja...kita operate sama dia....bagi dia betul-betul sihat...kalau dutaland tak boleh buka mata, bagi peluang kat Bplant... Bplant boleh!!!... kita sanggup bayar sebab kita yakin and kita mampu menjalankan tugas yang diamanahkan lebih 100 tahun ini.. saya suka lembaga pengarah Bplant sebab tetap teguh biarpun ada sesetengah komen dari pakar analisa saham dan komentor tak setuju dengan pembeiian tanah dari dutaland...keep it up Bplant!!!....100% undi untuk Bplant dari saya....kita jumpa kat EGM, bro.

Wah, come to think of it if Bplant don't call the deal off, we sell first. Wait till Bplant go to about 1.40 sure the management will call the deal off after they do the complete due diligence. That's when we buy on the cheap, after the deal is call off the price will rise.

Now rainy season can't do due diligence on the land right? So assume it take 2 months to do it after the rainy season, we sell down on Bplant take profit first now n wait until around March la. If world economy is bad some more, then palm oil prices become worse and price will narrow in about 1.30. Then wait to roughly the time of cancellation announcement of the deal only then we buy Bplant. Sure make money dis way one just like in the day of Renong after bonus issue price sure collapse : see until LTAT also don't dare to simple intervene and push up bplant especially after how the army handled Mugabe right?

If we examine close can see that bplant management didn't make much money really from palm oil if you put aside the extra ordinary gains made from disposal of their last good land ; the problem now is bplant don't have much good yielding land left over: and that's why they can't afford to buy conduta plant land after the due diligence because by then they will realised if they buy it; nobody's will buy it back from bplant for a thousand years n will be Stuck Forever: and also everybody in bplant very nervous right? Who dare go ahead with the deal after the facts are discovered?? Sure PKR waiting to trap bplant management right? After they pay then only PKR will make polis repot n show the full report IOI did will be revealed : die la for sure; so since bplant n LTAT strong support BN you think they will still risk go to jail or risk BN lose support! No lah !! So listen to me sell quick2 before bplant become like Felda FGV shares I still stuck with them;; just sharing so we learn to be careful! Why IOI so clever group making billions from pure oil palm n not from extraordinary land sale Cancelled the deal??? Bplant will find out !
