Karim who must be in possession of the reasons SCIB has not been able to get its accounts audited dumped another 12,817 shares in SCIB today, this is in addition to the over 14 mil shares he sold on Friday. We can only wonder at Bersa inaction on Insider trading again!

继世霸动力（SERBADK）被大马交易所勒令停牌以后，第二家受到停牌威胁而遭到惊慌抛售的公司是砂综合工业（SCIB）。巧合且不幸的是，这两家公司同属大股东拿督莫哈末阿都卡林博士旗下。

世霸动力的停牌令发生在10月22日下午，当时大家还以为公司有重要消息宣布，等到收市后公司发布文告，原来是交易所不满意公司在接见特别独立审查员以后，没有即时发布会议结果，所以指示公司停牌，直到特别独立审查报告（SIR）出炉以后，才另行决定。

由于事出突然且在中午休市后就停牌，投资者根本来不及反应就被套牢，没有出现抛售的情形。

起初大家以为世霸动力好整以暇，既已见了安永会计顾问，应该可在交易所限定的10月26日之内发布SIR调查进展。但是事情发展完全不是这样。

世霸动力发布的文告，说明至今独立审查报告还没完成，同时反映将继续让安永进行审查直到有结论为止。
