If the audited accounts are fully qualified (meaning the accounts are not true and fair and cannot be relied on) then no banks will lend money to Serbak. Serbak lifespan will be shortened to either next month or by May 2022.

annual report is more important now. if annual report cannot come out by end of this month, then will be continued to suspend and after 6 months if stil cant post out annual report then only get delisted.
