Impossible to run the company as usual when you don't have working capital vis a vis can't pay the bondholders? Furthermore, customers will not wait for you to carry on the contract of supply if you are unable to deliver within the timeframe required.

oil price above $90. Dayang should be rising beyond 1.10 soon, and that will make Dayang warrant C19 well into money as well, now price 0.04, can easily rise double to 0.08 soon ! bargain to be had.

While it is expected that the court will judge in favour of Bursa (based on MMLR), how would you publish the FFU or whatever it is called now, when there is no letterhead and sign off from EY?

Do you accept an AR without any auditors' letterhead, signature and more importantly opinion?

FYI, share trading is not about all about shorties and what not. You should get rid of this kinda thinking.


InvestorKING Court between (Bursa against SD) decision be made on 7 February 2022, it is believed that court decision will favour to Bursa, and will be announced on 8 February 2022. But the court decision (SD against Bursa) will be on 10 February. And it will be announced on 11 February. So, it is believed that 9 February can resume trading, then shorties will try their last resort to press the price further. That's the time good for collections

When you created fictitious sales do you think you can just covered your tracks with impairment of receivables and inventories.

The SIR will proved sales (receivables) and purchase (inventories) documents with fictitious signatures, companies and Person in charge. Someone is sure to end up in jail.

The stock will not be lifted until SIR is released. Looks like Karam will have to deal with more court case, and SD will sink down to below 0.05. The question is can SD start all over again while Karam is serving his jail term? Why do they need to cook so many fake contracts and revenues when they should know it is matter of time to get revealed.

Publish something without signoff, letterhead and opinion? Very unlikely.

Court will order, as sought by Bursa with 2 choices, either continue with EY consulting (which SD is against due to not being auditor), or start over again with internationally affiliated auditor.

SD will appoint Nexia to do it and since they are current auditors and this SIR is the info that will complete their opinion on AR 2021.
