Trust me armadatuah, I saw you long enough in Armada forum, last time when Armada was at 0.15 - 0.20, many naysayers (short sellers) will say Armada will go bankrupt la, RI la, bla bla bla...

Eventually share price up to 0.50++.

And I did mention coldeye sifu would buy, and nobody believed, then at the end they found out coldeye sifu hold some substantial amount of shares in Armada. Same goes to SD, not only coldeye sifu, 99 big boss, KYY also ready now.

Following their withdrawal bid, judicial commissioner Nadzarin Wok Nordin, who presided over the afternoon proceedings, struck off all their judicial management applications and ordered the four to pay a total cost of almost RM300,000 to the financial institutions and creditors who were opposed to their initial applications.

I dont know why people only blame karim, from the way i look at this, it looks like Awang and Kadir are also into this scam. Awang obviously knew because he has been selling his shares since 2019 and almost sold all before this KPMG thing.

Also in the report, awang is the directors for a few of these so called 'suppliers', so, clearly he knew all along. awang already cash out, we dont know if karim or kadir got money by channeling it to the middle east as clearly shown there are no real business activities in the middle east but bank borrowing and PP money all go to there. why no business in ME? simple, they dont pay any taxes in ME, and what business dont pay taxes but shows profit? a scam company.

1) Possible indefinite Serba suspension because FFU will never be revealed due to too much fraud inside the company.
2) No more trust in Serba management, therefore no bailout or white knight.
3) Creditors will try to get their money as much as possible, but fire sales proceeds are not enough to pay the creditors.
4) Serba balance sheet will become negative, and all Serba shares will become dust (useless paper).
5) Another story created in Bursa History – SAAG, Serba Dinamik
6) Bursa is doing its best to force FFU release so that the share can be traded before the eventual delisting.
