Looks like post acquisition of 100% of T&J Engineering might inject further projects into Opcom. The issue price for part consideration is 0.8179.

This will result in a dilution of Eddie's shareholding stake. It's a matter of time before Eddie starts accumulating more shares to even get back to at least his previous stakes holding.

I believe the issue price for private placement is set at 0.69. The idea is for those taking up the placement, to sell what they are holding at 0.80 and then take up the placement. Does that sound right?
