Npl also issue in malaysia with high percentage people default. That is why bank negara still not raise interest rate.

KPI in the newspaper could mean sale generated by loan. You see each bank has its own KPI on reaching loan deal. This to sustain interest margin that bank want to collect. More loan more income does bank have. The rest I already forget. I must reas back research paper.

Anyway I used to deal with NPL when I was at Mayban Finance..after bought over Amanah..its up to 36mths punya assets...once I deal with all the crooks ..clean profits..after that's May bank proudly announced untung RM 1.4Billion huhuhuhu..yg dok takut NPL ni mende..its write off the book now..tapi still simpan somewhere haha..thenbila kutip balik..its clean profits huhuhuhuhu...

owhh I remember that incident. I believe those debt move to special purpose vehicle fund. Err Government set up special fund at Amanahraya Trustee Berhad to transfer all those liability as corporate debt restructuring. Wahh you old lah apanama. Those event happen in 1997-1998 when financial crisis.

if wan more secure investment get ready ur fund all in maybank in between 8.2 to 8.3 for a quick gain around 8.6 to 8.7 in less then a month, cut loss below 8.2...cimb suggest split fund 4.7 and 4.5...

i did mentioned about average Anal valuation RM 5.60 before i come and rescue..so just discounted RM 0.10..RM 4.60 just nice seating 4sen above its NTA..4.56..thats the lowest as of now..as we are aware RM 4.57 is the gula gula as dividend..bila share lagi belambak..diluted...dont buy above RM 4.88 at this point of time..just my 2 cents...

@limayseng, I was just wondering that it should not smell of rats because for every large disposals by epf, mufj, khazanah etc etc there is always bullish buyers on the opposite end of these trades i.e for evry seller, there is a buyer so nett nett where are the rats ??
