i am not saying there will not be increat on cost of production but unlike other plantation it will be manageable ... anyway agree to disagree i have my eyes on utdplt to collect more ....

Indian import growth may be flat as additional incentives for imports are unlikely. China’s demand will also be flat as the No. 2 importer faces a slowdown in economic growth.

QR is very good.

But the company mentioned “ it will become impossible to avoid further crop losses in 2022, as the acute labour shortages have gone beyond the ‘breaking point’ for many plantation companies,”
very very weird statement in view that QR result is better than pre-pandemic.

Utdplt is shit. Inflation is going to eat into their profit. Their forward sales policy don't work in this market!

If I am forced to buy palm oil I will choose KLK and Taan and stay away from utdplt, and I'm not even buying palm oil now.

As long as price is above RM3000, the dividend yield will be good. Furthermore, couple with severe drought in Northern hemisphere and La Nina in South America again, the price should not drop a lot even next year is recession.
