If you have 100% faith in the price you mention, go borrow the whole bank and buy it yourself, no need to ask and shout getting people to buy. You have plenty of opportunity to do so as it hit 16.50 a few times, no need to come out make a belly dance to catch attention when the price bounce to 17.00. You made so much noise because you hate people "damage" your plan. You think like this because you are really dumb due to your very narrow mind in believing other people are dumb too. One useful skill is to be recognise the ill minds of people like you to reduce the risks of investment (which is also costs of investment).

A lot of poeple believe a chance for the stock to be priced at 20 one day, with good reasoning and rationale, but a few like you with NIAT JAHAT of a quick buck by taking advantage of people by creating fear of missing out. The more JAHAT you are, the more udang sebalik batu of you getting exposed. That is really stup*d. If you know how to hide your NIAT, you can have a better chance. But JAHAT and STUP*D at the same time your plan will fail very uglily. Even if you are able to bag some profit, it is not because of your plan get through, but just because of your luck. But your JAHAT deeds actually reducing your chance or speed of making profit. Learn to be polite if you want to be a successful cunt.

T4Q P/NAPS UP=2.45 UMCCA=0.72.
Not only PE, P/B or P/NAPS also important for this type of co.

ooi, do you have the headcount ratio of UP vs other small plantation?
eg, how many people per acre. the cost of production for UP is unrealistically low

Bird, national avg is 8ha/1, UP is 12ha/1.
My fren told me all their tree have barcode.
This is how advance they are. Both brothers have agriculture
degree, I believe they understand the business inside out.
They have a very good research team n a Research Director.
You can check how many plantation company have research
ppl sit on Board of Director. They have more than 100 employee
working in the department.
Check the AGM meeting minutes,
you can get a lot of useful info.

Higher P/BV is fair, a testament to UP's higher efficiency gains. Be it their ability to generate higher profits per dollar of capital employed. or higher yield extracted per acre of farmland.

When u pay plantation u have 2 strategy loh!

1. U have very deep plantation share price discount to its current share price like the case of United Malacca, TSH, Cepat, Taann etc

U have super efficient like the case of United Plantation & KLK,

Both r equally feasible strategy loh!

do you know how UP prevent theft from worker or outsider from stealing the fruit?
it's a common problem that a lot of fruit will be lost & result in poor yield per hectare

@unicornbird, FFBs harvested are seldom left along the path. In fact, the ffbs are loaded onto rail wagons, where available. Planting high yielding materials, efficient transportation of fruits that minimises the ffa levels, and couple with its super modern and efficient palm oil mill, etc makes cost of production lower vis-a-vis others in Peninsular malaysia.

I don't think theft is a problem in most plantation. As I mentioned
they have a very good research and plantation management team.
That's why their yield is high.

For oil palm companies, the hanky panky is not in the FFB but those fertilizers, which are hard to track.
Once you see high yield then fertilizers are properly applied. 😂

Of course u compare this way the productivity of KLK estates are much lower than Utd Plant loh!
But u must also take note, that KLK have been acquiring many other plantations which have lower productivity mah! It takes many yrs to rehabilitate these sub-performing plantations loh!

However u take the best performing estates of KLK v UP, the productivity is almost equivalent loh!

For investors who invest in KLK the growth ha manage will be high whereas UTD Plant that the ha productivity will be highly efficient loh!

My family own 6 acres farmland in Slim River whereas my uncle own 1.5 acres in cameron highland.....but the productivity of my uncles in more than 5x of my family.

This bcos my uncle spend enormous time & resources maintaining to ensure the farm receive the best inputs to achieve high productivity loh!

My family farm after taking advice of my uncle has achieve very good productivity & today our farm productivity has been narrowed to 2.5x compare to 5x previously loh!

Thus u can see KLK having a very much bigger ha will usually have a better potential in terms of profit potential loh!

I remember before covid, KLK did reported they are still unable
to get their yield above 5% even though they claim to have palm
species that can produce 7% yield. I did not follow up after that.
So what's their yield now?

There is a thing called "risk vs reward"

I'm also invested in YTL, and happen to enter at very lucky timing to earn double digit % returns.

But, don't conveniently forget the fact that many YTL shareholders (INCLUDING EPF!) were trapped high at YTL for years!
