收購武吉拉惹土地‧莫實得控股：無關政治

（吉隆坡8日訊）莫實得控股（BSTEAD，2771，主板貿服組）今日澄清，表示該公司收購巴生武吉拉惹土地，純粹是商業行為，與政治無關該公司副主席丹斯里洛丁今日被詢及發事作出正面回應，強調，備受爭議的武吉拉惹200英畝土地收購案無關政治，完全是以商業利益為考量。

他說：“經估值，該土地每平方呎價值22令吉，公司以總值1億6千令吉收購，相等於每平方呎價值18令吉40仙，再以每平方呎60令吉出售部份地段予合順（UMW，4588，主板消費品組），以此估計，我們有信心，購入該地可獲得26%回酬。＂

較早時，民聯人士認為，該公司收購武吉拉惹200英畝土地，涉嫌拯救雪州巫統婦女組主席拉惹羅比亞阿都拉上議員。

而莫實得控股則指出，此收購將擴大巴生地庫，因為該土地毗鄰該公司正在聯營的700英畝地段，結合共900英畝土地將可創造經濟規模效益。（星洲日報）

（吉隆坡8日讯）原棕油价格以及子公司实得重工业（BHIC，8133，主板工业产品股）业绩表现不佳的情况下，莫实得控股（Bstead，2771，主板贸服股）决定把之前定下10亿令吉税前盈利目标推迟几年。

莫实得控股副主席兼董事经理丹斯里诺丁表示，公司上财年业绩因莫实得重工业表现欠佳，加上原棕油价欠理想而被拖累。

“我们有信心，本财年公司旗下所有业务将持稳，希望未来数年能取得10亿令吉的税前净利。”

棕油价上看RM2700

诺丁表示，莫实得重工去年建造大型商用船只面对成本问题，加上延迟完工而导致亏损。

“今年内，我们将专注完成6艘战斗舰（LCS）工程合约，我们也会积极争取承接小型商用船工程合约。”

另一方面，诺丁预计原棕油价格今年6月至7月将回扬至每公吨2500令吉至2700令吉，库存到了7月时将降至200万公吨。

诺丁今天在股东特大后记者会上如是表示。

出席者包括莫实得控股主席丹斯里拿督莫哈默卡加里。

洽购黄氏发展投银 艾芬控股等国行批准

艾芬控股（Affin，5185，主板金融股）副主席丹斯里诺丁透露，公司正等待国家银行批准，以和和黄氏发展控股（HDBS，6688，主板金融股）洽谈收购投资银行与证券资产事宜。

诺丁今日出席莫实得（Bstead，2771，主板贸服股）股东常年大会后向记者表示，艾芬控股有意收购黄氏发展控股的投银资产，期盼将与艾芬控股带来互补作用。

他说，黄氏发展控股的顾客多为散户，而艾芬控股则注重在机构投资者上。一旦收购活动成功，前者将有助强化艾芬控股的未来增长动力。

“我们已展开初步讨论，但仍在等待国家银行的批准，才能进行洽商，不方便透露收购价及时间表。”

黄氏发展控股为国内第三大股票经纪公司，拥有650名抽佣经纪，截至去年10月杪的资产管理总值181亿令吉。

早前有报导指出，艾芬控股和大马银行（AMBank，1015，主板金融股）是目前仅剩竞购黄氏发展控股的两家银行，竞标价介于13亿令吉至16亿令吉。

1.6亿收购计划不涉政治因素

就子公司以1亿6000万令吉收购Astacanggih的80%股权、及武吉拉惹（Bukit raja）200英亩土地一事而言，诺丁指出，收购计划完全出于商业考量，没有涉及政治因素。

诺丁表示，莫实得控股在当地有700英亩土地，如果能买下上述200英亩土地，公司就会有更大的发展价值。

“评估后，该地每平方尺目前售价约22令吉，以每平方尺约18.40令吉成本计算，大约能为公司带来约26%回筹。”

年增15加油站

“此外，这计划将提高公司的股东价值。”

他也否认Astacanggih欠科威特金融机构9000万令吉债务的传闻。

“公司之前确实有这笔欠款，但收购前已还清。”

另一方面，诺丁指出吉隆坡柯克伦路的发展计划目前仍等待吉隆坡市政局（DBKL）的准证。

加油站业务方面，诺丁说公司计划每年增加10至15座加油站，每座成本介于500万令吉至1000万令吉。

Boustead Holdings Bhd’s earnings rose 25.1% to RM97.50mil in the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2013 from RM77.90mil a year ago.

Boustead Holdings Bhd’s net profit jumped 25.16% year-on-year to RM97.5mil in the third quarter ended Sept 30 on improved results from all divisions of the company.

Revenue for the quarter rose 7.5% to RM2.7bil.

Deputy chairman and group managing director Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin said that the property division was a primary contributor during the quarter, with profit rising to RM48mil from RM44mil in the preceding quarter of the current financial year.

if follow conversion rate, bstead-ci should be selling at 0.235 instead of 0.210 only. A discount of 0.025.

This is a very steady company and everyday making money. The share holder of Boustead Hldgs will be able to apply for Boustead Plantations in short time. Buy for investment. 4 Dividends in a year. Very few companies do that.

I like BHP petrol but the one near my house attitude problem so I go elsewhere which means other petrol stations. Also their machine always problem with credit cards. What's the use of the machines there. Nowadays there are measures to ensure stolen cards can be traced.
