This shows that you have not really got the time to read the article in details and analysed the numbers. Once you have time to do that, we can discuss which part or which number looks too high to you.

The headline tp looks high, that is why I apply a discount to the valuation of Empire Resorts. At 50% discount, Genm should be worth RM5.00 per share, not much higher than JP Morgan's tp of RM4.00.
If I apply a higher 70% discount to Empire Resorts valuation, Genm will be worth RM4.20, closer to JP Morgan's tp.

The market takes time to appreciate the deep value of Genm and the earnings potential of its assets. For once, this Miami land sale will take a couple of months to complete and the bidding for New York full casino license will take another 6-9 months.

Genting's TauRx alzhemier treatment drug will take months to get any authority approval.
Genting Singapore took some 2-3 months to climb up 30% from S$0.90 to now S$1.15 and 6 months to climb 65% up from S$0.70.

YTL Power has gone up 60% since I first recommended it few months ago.

Patience is the key.

On the leisure and hospitality segment, I'm slightly more optimistic of Q1 2023, just slightly vs Q4 2022
But the non-leisure segment is hard to say

RPT has hampered the share price for very long, dividend yield is straight forward and no nonsense
I'm not sure the NY casino license upgrade will lift Empire Resorts earnings, the earnings have not improved since being taken over many years back but maybe costs could have been streamlined

In the United States, an estimated 5.4 million people have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. This figure is growing rapidly with the ageing population.

One of them was Steve Newport. His wife, Mary Newport, was a doctor. Dr. Mary learned that her husband had severe Alzheimer's disease.

When the doctor examined her husband at the hospital, he asked Steve to paint a clock. Instead, he drew a few circles and then drew a few figures without any logic. It was not like a clock at all!.

The doctor pulled her aside and said: "Your husband is already on the verge of severe Alzheimer's disease!"

It turned out that it was a test of whether a person had Alzheimer's disease. Dr. Mary was very upset at that time, but as a doctor, she would not just give up. She began to study the disease. She found out Alzheimers disease was associated to glucose deficiency to the brain.

Her research says: "The dementia of the elderly is like having diabetes in the head ! Before one has the symptoms of Diabetes or Alzheimer's disease, the body has already had problems for 10 to 20 years."

According to Dr. Mary's study, Alzheimer's disease is very similar to Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes. The cause is also insulin imbalance.

Because insulin has a problem, it prevents the brain cells from absorbing glucose. Glucose is the nutrition of brain cells. Without glucose, brain cells die.

As it turns out, these high-quality proteins are the cells that feed our body.

But nutrition for our brain cell is glucose. As long as we have mastered the source of these two kinds of food, we are the masters of our own health!

The next question is, where to find glucose? It cannot be the ready-made glucose that we buy from the store. It is not from fruits such as grapes. She started looking for alternatives.

The alternative nutrients for brain cells are ketones. Ketones are necessary in brain cells. Ketones cannot be found in vitamins.

Rumour abt coconut oil able to cure AD has been going around for a long time. If it works for that AD patient, thats good for him. Actually HMTM is derived out from methylene blue, the blue colour powder that people put in fish tanks. He can try to scoop some of the blue powder and eat to cure his AD.

If coconut oil can work and available in abundance, why is there still no cure for AD and ever growing patient population?
Methylene blue is in raw and impure form. Purify this compound it into very pure form fit for pharmaceutical oral consumption, it will work but very inefficiently. This is due to drug compound conversion inside the human digestive system, absorption into the blood steam and then penetrating into the blood brain barrier. This is how Taurx got their first generation drug in MTC formula.

Strangely, HMTM works much better on ethnic Chinese trial patients hence Taurx will have a China based trial. Almost all the compassionate program trial patients in Singapore saw reversal in cognition decline, meaning these patients not only manage to totally halt of cognition decline but also show cognition improvement. These compassionate program patients are not MCI patients. Most of them are already in mild and moderate stage of AD. Some even in severe stage of AD totally no hope type. But they are able to see cognition IMPROVEMENT. I expect China trial to show more superior result when compared to USA/Europe trial result.

@ATK, probably different lifestyles of eastern and western societies hv contributed to better results for easterners comparatively. Also, the DNA profiles of easterners r not as complicated where most westerners’ DNA profiles were made up fr many different cultural backgrounds from everywhere in the world through inter-marriages. They hv whites + yellows, chocolates + blacks, etc. Tht’s the reason why we hear of many weird medical conditions in the western world.

@DayDreamers, after the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank almost two months ago and First Republic Bank's share price nose dived from over $110 a share to about $13 a share in less than two weeks, its collapse is more or less anticipated. Nothing surprising. Certainly no banks in Malaysia, notably Maybank would collapse.
