Insas financial result:
Profit for the quarter/year (RM): 17,966,000: 82,158,000 (EPS: 12.35 cents)
Share of profits less losses of associate companies quarter/year (RM): 9,868,000: 44,083,000
Dividend received year (RM): 42,999,000

Inari Profit attributable to
Owners of the Company quarter/year (RM) 38,294,000: 191,723,000
Share of profit contribute by Inari to Insas (19.20%) quarter/year: 7,352,448: 36,810,816
Inari contribute about quarter/year: 74.5%: 83.5% share of profit from associate companies.

Basically associate companies contribute 53.7%, 44,083,000 of total annual profit of 82,158,000 of which Inari alone contribute 36,810,816 or about 44.8% of total annual profit and other associate company 7,272,184 about 8.9%

Insas future is closely ties to how well Inari perform in the future. Will Inari profit on the growth path again from 5G and product diversification? Can Inari profit growth to 500m in 3-8 years time? Then share of profit from Inari alone will be about 100m.

The next AGM will be very interesting with:
Number of Warrant B: 265,202,536 (Exercise price: RM 1.00. Expiry date: 25 FEB 2020)
Dato’ Sri Thong direct and deemed interest: 31.45%
Number of RPS: 132,610,268 (Expiry date: 25 FEB 2020)

P/S: Prospect:
Financial services and credit & leasing division
The Board regards that the stock broking and structured finance units will continue their positive
contribution to the Group. M&A Securities Sdn Bhd will continue its niche in its stock broking
and corporate finance advisory role in promoting SME companies to list on the ACE and LEAP
Market.

Investment trading division
The investment unit’s performance for the new financial year ending 30 June 2020 is largely
dependent on the global economy and the financial markets outlook remains moderate with the
possibility of disorderly financial market movements due to the current geo-political and geoeconomic uncertainties.
