I remember during one of the AGM, I talk to management of M&A that they should Monetization the name M&A as specialize in providing Merge and Acquisition service provider. There are a lot of big money to be earned if you can position yourself in this type of financial advisory services.

(a) raise its future equity and debt funding requirement through the capital market independently from Insas Group.

Currently a lot of Insas cash is tie up with M&A securities berhad. If this cash can be freed up hopefully Insas can redeploy the cash or increase dividend payout.

Holding insas for many yrs, lost some on warrants , and lost more on opportunity cost,indeed a value trap company...Anyways, hopefully it will not disappoint me again in coming days...

The right issue is for the purpose to settle the interco balance, not sure how it is link to so much cash still ask for money posted question? Understand the listing requirement and it is to fulfill the interco settlement.

Nowadays, KLSE has a lots of katak. They keep hopping so that they can hit a limit-up counter. They bought a lot in the opening and then quit if it fails to limit up. Then they hop again.
