SYF is badly hit during Dubai crisis.. remember a listed renovation company with revenue over RM 1.0 billion with 10 of its Top Mgmt ( incude BOD ) r resigned at the same time ..as main customer

Just an injection of wholly own M&A Sdn Bhd into SYF (SYF will sell all it current business and capital repayment back to existing SYF shareholders) or a backdoor listing of M&A Sdn Bhd as M&A Capital Berhad.
Insas will still be the controlling shareholder of M&A Capital Berhad.
