Insas can only do SBB with waiver of Dato' Sri Thong from the obligation to offer MGO if SBB result in Dato' Sri Thong and PAC holding trigger the 33% threshold.

Best course of action now is sell Insas first and go top up your Bplant

Bplant gave 5 times dividends in year 2017 when palm oil was high

So bplant might see more good dividend times again

Syed Moktar might also use his Tradewind plant to acquire some palm oil companies as well
