In stock investment one must be purely objective.BJCORP is a bombed out stock. It had gone down in price for the past 3 years. It is now at bottom price. it's fundamental s will improve in the future. That means it's share price will not stay at bottom but will resume its uptrend. How high it will go? It depends on its improving fundamentals n on other catalysts.

After 5 years struggle in market price still declining, big question right???

WHY??

1. Investor have no confident as the history showing "HOT BALLOON" it can go high to sky then drop like there is NO TOMORROW... and it will continue the cycle.

2. Most of the time the "report card" showing NO STRONG EVIDENCE in business performance whether FIGURE or BUSINESS prospect & development.

3. Revenue ?? Most of it coming from disposal of asset.

4. Super High debt. If the economy facing difficulties, most likely it cant sustain


SO HOW ?? WANNA INVEST??

company management is a bit dodgy but recently they have hired some young turks (which includes rais yatim's son) under the tutelage of his younger son.

Since taking over as CEO almost two years ago, his eldest son Robin has not made any major changes to the board but has made changes at senior management level

Tan is seen as an asset trader. He will buy if he thinks the prospects are good and sell if the price is right, he once owned LRT system provider - MTrans but sold it when it suffered losses now rename Scomi Engineering. He might push the price low to 0.45 & take it private at 0.50... more to come

7Eleven and Cosway is totally different concept.

7Eleven is a convenient shop. The price of goods sell is much higher compared to sundry or supermarket. Why it can stand, because it give you convenience and no better choice at certain hour (night time). So you are willing to pay higher price for it.

Cosway is concentrate on value to products. The products quality vs price is very reasonable.

In business, we should put the cost as low as possible but in certain circumstances, certain cost is a must to incur.
