Dear friends!

I think Bursa should implement a Stringent Rule whereby All Companies Should Revalue All Their Assets (Lands, Houses, Factories, Shops or Farm Lands) at least once in 3 Years.

Some Companies Have Properties With Book Value of Only RM1.00. How could Bursa overlooked this?

When I saw NST being taken private I felt its Assets in Bangsar were Very Below NTA. Since nobody complained. NST was taken private far below Real Value to the detriment of minority share holders!

In Life There is Always Mispricing.

I once bought some Company passenger vans. The Management were Foreigners.

They did not consult with Car Companies. They just lumped Madza E1400, Ford Econovan & Toyota Hiace Van together. All were sold at the same price of RM20,000 each.

This Guy who is the Boss only know Price. He is ignorant of True Market Value. Toyota Vans command a Higher Resale Value Than Other Brands.

Seeing this Discrepancy in Price. I bought up all the Toyota Vans Straighaway!

Now, Johor House Prices in Year 2009 was FAR FAR BELOW THOSE OF KL.

A Low Cost House in Cheras Goes For RM200,000. A similar Low Cost house in Johor can drop to RM15,000

THIS IS A GREAT MISPRICING. You Can't Even Build a Low Cost House With RM50,000.

Seeing this Mr. Tan Pao - Bought 200 houses here in Johor.

If 3395 move up to 70.. 3395LD will be upto 90 approx... unless it trade below 65... then it will be not much earning unless you hold many units... in view of only 15sen gain... ie 100 (100k unit) x 150 = 15000.. It is brighter than before because of his subsidiaries hav reached the all time high recently...

Kheesan on its own is OK. But Kheesan is owned by London Biscuits. The Accounts of London Biscuits are in a shamble. So Kheesan rests on a creaky management.

London Biscuits' bosses over expanded and borrow to the hilt! Borrow until tak boleh borrow lagi! So they are forced into the last resort. By asset revaluation to squeeze out value?

Ha! If BJ Corp revalue its properties! Its Surplus should rise by Many Tens or Even Hundreds of BILLIONS!
