Rebound is just temporary, the worst has yet to come. Where is HY came from and will be back to the level too. I remember HY (Shell) was at RM6, dropping like a falling knife to around RM1.80 to RM2.00, rocketing to RM19 and now back to RM4.80, still have room to go down. I am waiting at Rm3.00.

btw fyi suddenly a lot of people no longer pumping Shell, myself included.

I had used Shell petrol for decades, suddenly I switched to another brand and I noticed that some other observant people who are also driving luxury cars with computerised engine management controls are also doing the same.

Please do not ask me why. Consumer has a right to switch brands. Why?

Did you notice in Hengyuan forum:

1. Few or no posts on crack spread recently.
2. Few or no posts on simple versus complex refinery.
3. Few or no posts on low PE as very safe and very undervalued.
4. Few or no posts on growth in earnings.
5. Few or no posts claiming this is the brightest and most undervalued gem.

PE can even be 1

fat lot of good that will do you if management refuses to pay dividends, no one will buy the share...

PE might even drop to 0.1 but still no dividends.

if PE is 1 it means you get back your money in 1 years' time.

But where is the money? the money which you "got back", is not with you, but with the company coz company refuses to pay dividends.

example you pay RM5.00 for share, company makes profits EPS RM5.00 in 1 year so PE = 1.

company refuses to pay dividends so you made RM5.00 from RM5.00 but money is still with company and will NEVER be given to you.

you dun see any money at all.

You paid RM5.00, After 10 years company made RM50.00

the RM50.00 is still with the company, still no dividends.

what is market price of share? I dun know maybe still below RM5.00?

Yes you are very correct and right. I focused here coz I noticed that some promoters (pineapple eaters and gang, now since disappeared) TOTALLY emphasized on PE here at this forum.
