Yes.. ur are right.. billions needed in short term by epf... the easy and fastest way is get cash flow from stock market. because all the money is hold in fix asset, really not much cash available.

@Kc1154 when EPF sells, other funds will buy low. When the fund managers sell, EPF buys. That's why we see up and down in the market. It's cyclical.

In investing we look to the future, at least 6 months or more. The past and the present can only be used as a guide at best. We all know that there will still the need to use airlines for traveling and therefore there will be airlines that exist to cater for this need in the coming future.
Once sky is open to flying, there will certainly be huge pent up demand for air line travels especially for leisure and tourism, non business sector, as many businesses can still be conducted on line.
Hence the low cost carriers will first and the most to benefit from soon opening of the sky.
Air Asia being the best if not one of the best low cost carriers will very likely to survive compared to the others. Those airlines that manage to survive will reap huge benefit.
