Conservative calculation... Ytlp fair value around 2.00.... with project 4A it can be valued at 2.60-3.00... of course any other project will only add value to its share...

YTL's highlight will be high speed train to Singapore.... and also ERL extension to Seremban and Melaka... YTL's share should be valued at 2.20-2.60 at the moment...

Both shares are well below its value due to the large amount of cash in hand.... the speculators can't simply goreng its shares... lolz
