(a) BKCB and KAF IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Debt Settlement;

(b) BKCB is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by its shareholders at a general meeting for the Proposed Debt Settlement;

(c) BKCB and KAF IB are required to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Debt Settlement; and


(d) BKCB is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Debt Settlement is completed.

This announcement is dated 4 December 2020.
