no point to teased other people/fund action...back in 2015 when BN introduce GST ,padini also drop like sai...people who accumulate that time all gain a basket...important is think before u invest...nobody know future...do your own homework, if feel unsafe, then just apply leave and go for vacation.

PADINI is at saturation point now, still how many stores they can continue to open?almost all shopping mall now have PADINI and some no ppl go also, the PADINI promoters is more than its staff

if expand overseas , can PADINI fight with other MNC brand ? also very hard for PADINI to penetrate the market

@commonsense, for your information, tax holiday is not an actual holiday. LMAO, tax holiday means nothing for people, it just normal days goes on. but year end sale such as christmas , CNY is a must for them to buy new clothes. thats why i strongly believe sales in Q2 ang Q3 will go up

This is not a growing company anymore, PE should be 10, this give tp 2.51. If you still want to treat it as a growing company, then PE should be around 23 but use only latest quarter's earning(eps 2.73 cents, annualized=10.92 cents) to calculate, then tp is 23x10.92cents=RM2.51

Fair point. During the tax holiday the items that actually saw increase in sales are the high priced items. Items like clothing might not be priorities for the public given that it will only translate to a 6% discount (unless Padini also did a sales on top of the zero GST).

Hopefully your thesis is right and sales will go up in line with the holiday period in 2Q and 3Q.

Epf bought almost 15 mil shares since mid Oct to last week. Half of it they bought at a high price of rm5.50 the other half from the day the share price fell on 30 nov. Must hav a lot of paper loss.
Same with Armada. Bought a lot in nov around 40 sen then sell in dec at below 20 sen. Wen they say follow "smart money", not sure if epf can cosider smart... Maybe should do contra epf trading. Buy wat epf sell, sell wat epf buy... Anyone tried? Ok or not?
