Both companies have the same star director!! Evidently, he is a star in the Malaysian construction and technology sector as his companies won a lot of awards!!
With only a total of 174 comments and 0 recent comments within 30 days, this author already been recommending these stocks as early as 6th May 2021 (almost one year ago)!!

1) ARBB (10th May 2021: RM0.33 to 8th April 2022: RM0.14) - 57.6% Decrease
2) AGES (6th May 2021: RM0.13 to 8th April 2022: RM0.025) - 80.8% Decrease
However, no worries, okay? Most of the active forum participants told me these stocks will go up to the moon, just need some time! These participants surely can be trusted as they are experts in both of these counters, owing to:
1) All of their comments are solely on the ARBB/AGES forums!
2) They usually have a maximum of 100 comments!
3) From what I witnessed, most of them joined around few months ago with the exceptions of few that joined as early as a year ago! So, I can confirm that they have very new and objective perspective which are totally unbiased at all.

They also told me critics like line are just spammers! I totally believe in them!! Those critics are so mean, they kept trying to show proofs that these counters won't work and I don't understand at all. So, I still chose to believe in the supporters!

@whistlebower99: (a) existing conversion price of ICPS of RM0.13 each will be revised to RM1.95 each; and

(b) existing cash payment for conversion of ICPS (based on the conversion mode of surrendering 1 ICPS with additional cash payment for 1 new Share) of RM0.12 each will be revised to RM1.80 each.

Take note that AGES-PA is way out of money after the adjustment of conversion price from 0.13 to 1.95

(the conversion price of 1.95 will be adjusted again (lower price ) when the rights issue is implemented at a later date)

BLee: Hi bro @whistlebower99, to complete the conversion method calculation, the conversion by surrendering with 13 AGES-PA shall be taken into consideration. After consolidation, each AGES-PA of subscription value at 1sen x 15 = 15sen. We can buy this 13 AGES-PA at much lower price for the conversion, therefore the 'out of money' is much better than by paying cash..one of ICPS advantages compared with warrants.

Those investors still holding AGES-PA bought before ex-date (11/4) are carrying losses of at least 40% based on closing price of 0.045!!!

Even after 40% discount, it would still be out of money if you choose to buy 13 AGES-PA at 0.045 costing total of 0.585 for conversion. Based on mother closing price of 0.36
