Bonus issue is 1 for 2... so... looks like we can expect some hike first (RM3.80-RM3.90), further upside (RM4.00-RM4.20) announcement of 4Q results and FYE 2104 results this month before approvals and then theoretical ex-price would be @ 66.67% of closing price... good rewarding stock... just like Dialog ! Yeah baby... yeah !

3 year back 1 for 1 then , of course the price spiked up upon announcement of bonus issue back then. Now sentiment different , more kiasi .

Ya ! I agree with Jim, the Qtr results should be very good but there will be an unrealized forex loss that will compromise the good results. Anyway I m happy for the bonus issue and positive about long term.

Sure you can entitle for the bonus issue. The ex-date (last date for entitlement) has not been announced yet. Usually it will take couple months to complete the exercise.

TSH's plantations are mostly near Sabah part of Kalimantan (I think) and not so much compared to the giants

Kenanga's report said that TSH has 88% and CBIP has 100% plantations in Indonesia. Draft bill to slash foreign ownership is bad news for owner(s) of plantations over Indonesia, similar to the banking industry. Risk of doing biz in Indonesia.

I think the downtrend of plantation counters will continue due to the lackluster price of CPO. Luckily there is news on bonus issue supporting TSH. Anyway I am preparing new fund while waiting to collect more TSH if it drops 10% from now.
